It was my best hotel and experience! I can say only WOW for everything guys did for us there! Very tasty breakfast and u can order every morning a floating breakfast to the room. It was super tasty and with beautiful flowers Very very clean and we felt that we were very protected there. The laundry was for free The huge villa and swimming pool Amazing stuff. My husband had a bday and they organized Amazing day for us there, private and romantic dinner, decorated our villa with flowers, balloons and wishes. They sang him the bday song The stuff helped with everything!!!!!they were so nice and friendly!!!! Very tasty cappuccino there, sea food, juices Beautiful views and great location The plants and flowers were so beautiful Girls brought us the handmade scrub. Omg it was smth amazing and incredible! THANK YOU FOR OUR AMAZING STAY THERE. IT WAS WOW ❤️😍

Bamboo Zanzibar is truly one of a kind. The design is unlike anything we’ve ever seen — every corner of the property is a work of art, blending natural materials with incredible creativity. We stayed at the Ocean Lodge for most of our time and loved waking up to the sound of the tide and the most breathtaking views of the turquoise lagoon. Our last night in the Village room was the perfect finale — the largest and most spectacular accommodation on the property, an experience in itself. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every moment special. Jambiani’s calmer, more authentic side of Zanzibar made this feel like a hidden gem.

Everything during our stay felt exceptionally well organised and thoughtfully managed. The entire property was spotless and the attention to cleanliness was noticeable in both the common areas and the room. The staff were consistently polite, professional and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. The food served at the restaurant was enjoyable, with a good selection and quality We did encounter a minor issue with our original room, but the team handled it efficiently and with great customer service. They offered us an upgrade without hesitation, which not only resolved the issue but also left us feeling well taken care of. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the effort made to ensure everything went smoothly.

“Amazing hotel and stay!”

Loved our stay here. Service was great, couldn’t fault anything. Stunning restaurant and views of the sea. Also a stunning pool area, loved spending our days here. Amazing gym, yoga and spa space. A really clever concept of the building design. Great location on the beach with the chance to take lovely walks along the beach and pop in to other bars and restaurants that back onto the beach. Great cocktails, good evening menu and also loved the breakfast options. Lots of fresh food that was grown on site etc. On the Sunday evening they had a band play which were amazing! We stayed in a garden room with the pool in the middle, we mainly used the main pool in terms of facilities.

Bamboo is a true designer’s hotel! Every element of the architecture was carefully considered with surprises around each corner. The architect was brilliant. You do not need to leave the property - it is an amazing place to enjoy and relax. Our ocean-facing suite was simply great: quiet, beautifully furnished and with the luxury of a private splash pool. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the service throughout excellent. The food was fresh, flavourful, and attractively presented - the best we had in Zanzibar. The hotel offers a complimentary laundry service. This is remarkable considering that the other hotels where we stayed charge US rates for laundry. Bamboo sets an impressively high standard. It will be difficult to beat in Zanzibar.

Stunning grounds located right next to the beach. Excellent high quality food for a very reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff who try to make your experience the best it can be. Great spa with highly skilled staff. Pools and views are amazing.
