“Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming always greeting us with a smile and ready to help whenever we need anyth”
It was central and accessible as I stayed at the hotel for at least 7 nights +. It was a pleasant experience and the room was clean the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for getting around and breakfast had a good variety. A. Couple of small improvements could be made with WiFi speed and bathroom amenities but overall I was satisfied. Good value for money as I will stay again.

Honestly, very little. The only positive was the location being central in Jalandhar, but this was completely overshadowed by poor service, lack of hygiene, and dishonest practices.
