Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The Hotel has great all round facilities with a helpful coffee shop. The staff cannot do enough for you. The food was of a very high quality and they cater for most dietary requirements

The bathroom hygiene with bath towels was DISGUSTING. - THE HOTEL KEPT USED AND SOILED TOWELS.....VERY VERY - IN ACTUAL TERMS WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK HAVE MADE HUE AND CRY AT THE HOTEL.
