We book room online but the staff refuse to give us room and takes us to another hotel which was very bad when I call to customer care after he were trying to give a room in different hotel but we rufuse he gives us a non ac room on 3rd floor to troubled us even there are many room which are not used on 1 st floor and also cut off the ac power but we booked a ac room

Staff behaviour was not good In online booking it showed 580 for one night stay but they charged us 800 during check in at hotel As we arrived late at night we did not have any option other than paying the amount charged by them which was 800. I donot recommend this place Geyser was not properly working.
