I booked the hotel at 4pm on 21st of December and I reached there at 8:30pm but they didn't provide me any room although I had the conformation and OTP. That's why i had to book another hotel on the spot.It was very bad experience... very poor.

“Easy booking and completely secure stay.”
Everything was good there. Hygiene, staff, facilities, room everything was properly maintained and provided at a low, reasonable and good price. Moreover anyone can easily book the room online without any complications.

“Was good but the night reception boy’s behaviour was terrible - kinda ruined my whole good experience .”
I like the property hence i keep coming again any time i am in jalandhar - its clean - compfy cozy i would say . Ventilation is some thing missing - the reception uncle on day time was so good so generous and helpfull at the same the boy at night duty was so pathetic in behaviour - rude - unproffesional - acted as if my stay is for free and he is granting me a curtesy -not acceptable at all he needs to either learn to behave properly or owners should replace him with asap effect
