Delicious breakfast, kind staff and really comfortable bed. We arrived quite late from Bishkek and booked last minute and nothing seemed to difficult for the host which we really appreciated!

Very clean, calm, and with lots of commodities, including a well-equiped kitchen. The owner was globally helpful, and the provided breakfast was nice. It was especially exceptional for a place in Kirghizstan, given that many hostel there are quite rude. I was in a six-beds room (without bunk beds!), but the only one there at the time, yet didn't seemed to bother anyone.

I stayed only one night but it’s a really nice house, nicely decorated. The lady is very kind and speaks English. Breakfast very good. Thank you ☺️

It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s a supermarket less than a five minute walk away, which is also near a public bus terminus in case you need a ride into the city centre. The owners of the property can also help you arrange a taxi into town, if needed. The breakfast is great too.

The place has its value as everything looks new and modern. The breakfast is very complete, not every morning the same. There is plenty of hot water and the wifi is strong.

The lady's name is Dilbar. She's was very helpful there's no water service when we were there she gave us a big bottle of water to use for washing.

The staff were super nice and friendly. Everything was very clean, two bathrooms and toilets for 6 guests was a generous ratio. Rooms are nicely decorated, there is a pretty garden and kitchen one can use. Tea is always available.

Incredible place to stay. Great host and delicious breakfast. Couldn't recommend it more.

Host was extremely patient and had a long conversation with me sharing her experiences living in Kyrgyzstan , she was willing to use a translator if the conversation topic was quite complex which I really appreciated . Her English was good enough to help me in all basic situations and homestay was incredibly clean and the facilities were good with two showers and two toilets which had soap in them. Sadly I had to leave very early and wasn't able to tell her what time I wanted breakfast the night before so I wasn't able to try it although I heard it's very good. She also recommended a good restaurant to me. They have a ping-pong table as well which was a cool feature.

Very very friendly welcome and hosting!!! Very clean, nice and comfortable. We could use the kitchen and could park our bicycles in the yard. Nice breakkfast. Quiet neighborhood far away from the centre. But taxi rides are cheap. Good supermarket nearby. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We loved everything! The house lady was very kind, our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, there was a beautiful garden and a tasty breakfast (we could choose between different types). The location is not in the center, but we like it quiet. There was place to park our big car safely. We definitely recommend!

Tilpar is a very kind and friendly host. Everything was great. Could not have asked for more.
