Mima is the best host I’ve ever had. She greeted me with a lovely coffee, and I instantly felt at home. She’s such a kind and adorable person, and I’ll always remember her with great affection. The house is simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, right below the fortress, with a stunning view from the patio. I highly recommend staying here, especially for the chance to enjoy a pleasant chat with Mima.

The apartment is ideally located near Jajce Fortress, with a lovely view overlooking the old town. It’s less than 1 km from the waterfall, bus station, and supermarket—everything is easily walkable. We even strolled to Plivsko Jezero to visit the iconic watermills. The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped for a week-long visit, with all the essentials provided. While internet and mobile signal were a bit slow due to the location, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. 😊

This is a wonderful place! Fantastic location, just below the fortress, so you will have breathtaking views. The room and bathroom are good and clean. But, as you will see in many other reviews, the hosts are the best thing about this place - friendly, kind, hospitable, open. This is a place where genuine Bosnian hospitality can be found. Book it, you won't regret it!

“Welcoming and loving stay”

I loved the location which was in the centre close to all the attractions being it a small town. The hosts were so friendly, kind and welcoming I felt so at home I would love to stay here forever!!!

The hosts, Mima and Emir are such friendly, genuine, happy and lovely people. They made me so welcome to their home. The house is in a beautiful location close to Jajce fortress. The room was very clean and is great value for money.

I had a lovely stay with this couple. I was offered a Bosnian coffee as soon as I arrived, but when I said it would keep me awake I was offered a radler beer instead. They also informed me that there was a bazar in town the next day which was nice to see. The property overlooks the town and is a short walk to everywhere.

Mima was an amazing host and even though she doesn't speak English, we communicated well with Google translate and other languages. She offered us coffee and welcomed us very well, the Bosnian way. Very well located within the old town hill, amongst the historic buildings. The living room and outside of the house is nice Room and bathroom were very good and easy to use

I loved everything! The hosts are amazing, kind and very funny people! The location is perfect, since it’s 5-10 minutes from the main touristic sights. The place itself is super cozy and also clean with one of the most wonderful and picturesque views, so I really appreciated the stay.

Mima was an exceptional host, as soon as I checked in she made me coffee and made me feel right at home. The house is up the hill near the fortress so great views and very peaceful, and bedroom was great.

A fantastic place in a fantastic town! Being able to spend the evening and morning on a terrace in the old town, near the citadel, the town's highest location, is really an outstanding experience. The owner was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen also clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed a long breakfast on the terrace and our stay in Jajce, with its waterfalls, parks, and lakes, was one of the best experiences in Bosna. Highly recommended!

“Very comfortable stay”

I had a great experience at Mima’s guesthouse. She was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and good value for the price. The guesthouse is located on a hill, so the walk can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. I didn’t mind since I only had a backpack. I was there during Eid al-Adha, and Mima kindly shared homemade Bosnian baklava and Bosnian coffee with me. It was a lovely and personal touch.
