“It’s fine but felt overpriced”

The location was good and the staff adorable. Bima was a sweetheart. Decent breakfast and clean enough room. There is a rooftop. It’s not the most beautiful view around, but it’s fine. No view from the room (that was meant to be the Deluxe double room, but nothing Deluxe about it). It was close to an amazing cafe/bookshop called the Traveller’s cup. The best coffee in Jaisalmer!

There was an extra bed that was a swing. That's amazing. Good view of the fort. The view from the terrace.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Raj, and all the stuff including the boys who make coffee and tea are very helpful. The view is a treat, and the location is spot on! Just ensure you have an easy to carry bag as it is quite a walk, but Raj and the boys will help you if you make a prior request. It was my best memory of Jaisalmer and I am so glad to have booked this place!

great location inside the fort and the staff running the hotel are great guys, really helpful & cheery. The whole place was kept exceptionally clean during my stay, chai, coffee & simple breakfast available here and plenty of other options nearby for dinner, street food etc. Pots of coffee & chai also available here which is nice change. Good price for the room, especially in such a central location with great views from terrace. My room had lovely decor & artwork, shower was great too.

Our stay at Saffron Guest House inside the majestic Jaisalmer Fort was absolutely unforgettable! The traditional Rajasthani ambiance added an authentic touch, making us feel like royalty. The staff was incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The views from the top were breathtaking, offering a perfect panorama of the Golden City. If you're looking for a royal and serene stay with the perfect blend of tradition and hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

“Good Value, Friendly Staff, Good Location”

We enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, there is hot water and good pressure for the shower. The room was clean. Nice view and quiet. Good value for the price.

Everything. Best hotel during our ten days in India. They make us feel as at home and help us with everything, even to find a cheap a wonderful night trip to the desert. Besides, we could keep everything on our bedroom to have a shower when we can back. Bedroom and hotel was really clean and comfortable. It is the place to be

We only stayed the one night but I wish we could of stayed linger. it was such a nice place to stay the rooms were nicer than I expected! The rooftop was a beautiful place to chill. The food was super yummy. The owner was really nice. We arrived at like 6 in the morning and he let us check in and get some rest after our long travel.

Mr Raj and Bimal were extremely warm in making us feel welcomed. Kept us well informed of just the right details we needed in Jaisalmer. The rooms are better than what the images portray. The view from the fort/hotel window is gorgeous. The common area on the terrace is stunning at all times of the day! The hotel is located at a 5 minute walk from the last point at which vehicles are allowed. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the hotel and I would surely recommend Hotel Saffron.

Raj is the nicest host, he showed us around and staying in his hotel felt welcoming and clean. The Chai Masalas were particularly spectacular. The best of the entire trip. Thank you again for the experience!

The place is inside the Fort, so it's quiet and far from India caos. Everything was suuuuper clean and the rooftop is a must. Bimal is so friendly and helpful, we really like him. They still offer desert camp, that I totally recommend. It was an amazing experience, but I can't tell much, because I don't want to spoil. After the night in the desert we were able to use the bathroom to take a nice shower and rest, before our next place. I totally recommend this place!

It’s interesting to live inside the Fort and see the great view of whole city from my room and the rooftop. Very quiet at night which is good for sleeping. The bed is comfy and clean. They also provide breakfast at the rooftop. It’s good to enjoy the breakfast with amazing view.
