It is not a 5 star hotel, but the owner was extremly friendly and helpful. The location is very good, near the Fort. The view from rooftop terrace is very beautiful. The owner provided all help, what we wanted. If you book 2bedroom apartment, you should know, that the inner room has no window and little bit narrow. But the other room was comfortable and big enough.

We loved the food, the host and the apartment. The location was extremely convenient. The host Abhishekji was very accomodating and extremely helpful. He took real great care of us and extra care for our toddler. He provided with as much help as he could to make our stay comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Again the food was very delicious !!

I had a disappointing experience at Jaisalmer Kiran Apartment. The price they charge is simply not justified, especially when there are far better stays available at this range. Their policies and behavior were frustrating: 1. Food Ordering Restriction: They insist you place your dinner order by 7:30 PM, which is absurd. Who decides their dinner that early? On top of that, they demand you order breakfast the night before! 2. Early Check-Out Pressure: Despite the check-out time being listed as 12 PM on Booking.com, the staff persistently pressured us to leave before 10 AM. This was highly unprofessional and inconvenient. 3. Pushy Behavior for Desert Camp Booking: The owner, Mr. Abhishek, constantly pressured us to book a desert camp at Sam dunes through him. He claimed to own the property, but he is actually a middleman. Worse, after taking the advance payment, he didn’t even inform the camp owners about our booking. He charged us an outrageous ₹10,000 for a camp stay without Jeep and camel safari, whereas the market rate for a luxury camp stay including everything is around ₹5,000 per night. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are far better, more transparent options in Jaisalmer at similar or even lower prices.

Our recent stay in Jaisalmer was absolutely memorable, and it's all thanks to our incredible host, Abhishek. From the moment we arrived, he treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. The hospitality was top-notch! Abhishek not only provided us with delicious homemade food, but also made sure the portions were generous and satisfying. Every meal felt like a home-cooked feast, packed with flavors that truly reflected the essence of local cuisine. We needed it very much after eating spicy and oily food in restaurants One of the highlights of our stay was when Abhishek personally arranged for his car to take us to the War Museum, ensuring that we didn’t miss out on this important landmark. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail made all the difference in our trip. If there were a way to rate him more than 5 stars, I would give him 10 without hesitation! This place is a must-visit for anyone coming to Jaisalmer. We’re already planning our next trip, and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Beautifully designed rooms, great host, value for money, good view of fort, terrace dining facility, close to the fort. The host Shri Abhijit, is a very cooperative guy. Goes out of the way to provide all facilities to the guests. Moreover, a pure vegetarian set up.

Found this place on Booking.com at midnight because none of the other 3 star properties were upto standard and they all felt like lodges instead of hotels. Took a chance since we were exhausted and we booked this place thinking that we'd inspect the place first and then check-in or goto a 5 star property in the end if we didn't like this one too (there was no booking amount charged yet). The place is a few meters inside from the main road but when we checked out the rooms, they were really good and the view of the fort from the room itself was spectacular. What won us over was the service that we received right from the moment we checked in. It was too late in the night with all restaurants closed in the vicinity but Abhishek offered us some fruit and freshly cooked snacks so that we didn't goto sleep hungry. Abhishek and his team is small and they've just started hosting clients for the past few months but the service and hospitality is comparable to a 5 star hotel. The view from the rooftop is great and you can enjoy your evening snacks, dinner on the roof with an amazing view of the entire fort. The place currently has very few reviews but I believe each and everyone is a genuine one. Give them a try when in Jaisalmer and thank me later!!

The property was home-like with excellent view of the glowing fort of Jaiselmer... The rooftop area with Machan was the best thing. We could enjoy our evenings on the Machan with fort view... Location is superb too, right in the centre.. choose proximity to the old market, fort, etc. The appartment was cosy n clean. Need to work upon the kitchen facilities too.. The owner, Abhishek ji was very helpful n provided excellent Desert safari package. Our Desert safari was in a quiet n isolated sand dunes. It was awesome. They cooked food there, provided cots & quilts,bonfire, etc... Overall a great trip with family ... Thank you Abhishek ji n team

The room and the facilities were great. Abhishek is an exceptional host, and helped us greatly with his recommendations throughout our stay. The view from the terrace is amazing as well, with both the sunset and the sunrise looking great, with the fort in the background.

The property is well built and maintained. The location at which the property is there is near the jaisalmer fort so we got a great fort view. The bathrooms had great facility and well maintained. The host was very friendly and helped us a lot. The food was very delicious specially the dal fry is very nice.
