“great hosts and a pleasant atmosphere”

A small, family-run hotel with excellent value for money, within walking distance of the fort but away from the hustle and bustle, and with a free pick-up service upon arrival. The furnishings are a bit old-fashioned, but that's precisely what makes them charming. The owners are very accommodating, friendly, and dedicated. There's a small restaurant on the rooftop terrace with an attentive cook and the desert safari organized from here was as hoped... All in all: We had a very pleasant stay!

“Budget hotel with Good homely filling.”

We had booked 4 double bed rooms for 2 night on 4th Feb 26. Also we had booked Sam dunes desert camps along with transportation to and fro from the desert camp and Sight seeing of Indo Pak Border etc.with the owner of this hotel shri Shubhashji, they provided free pickup & drop from Railway station. Good location, near to city heart i.e. Hanuman circle, Good location, silent no noise though street is narrow but not a problem, Cleanliness is good, rooms and bathroom were neat & clean ( daily cleaning was not available), Running hot & cold water available 24 hrs. Food is ok.

Excellent experience! The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed, full of light, very good wifi, and quiet. What makes the hotel unique are the two brothers running it - interesting to talk to and super generous with their suggestions and time. Last but not least, we enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast on the terrace with the most amazing view on the fort! PS. You can also count on a speedy laundry service at a very good price

We were in this great hotel for 4 nights. The boss personally picked up from the train station at 1.00am. A chilled beer was already ready for us in the hotel. We would also have got something to eat if we wanted it. The rooms were very pleasant and clean. The hotel owner Lucky fulfilled us every wish. He made many little things possible so that we felt very comfortable. The great view of the fort from the roof terrace made the stay perfect. And the kitchen was excellent. Thank you.

“Lovely family hotel”

Family Hotel were you would be treated us a member of the family. They were really helpful and offered all the facilities we needed: good food, pick up from bus station, magnificent desert safari, bus ticket reservation, information about city, loudry service... Very good location as well!

“Great stay”

Great reception, very kind staff and clean rooms with continuous hot water. The owner was so kind that he picked me up at the train station at 1:00 am and even cooked my dinner. Great stay

Extremely great stuff, they spoke good English and helped us with a desert tour, bus ticket and restaurant. Super friendly and always open for a little chat. Highly recommend

“Hidden gem of Jaisalmer”

The location of the hotel is on the quiet lane,clean and comfortable .We slept really well during our 3nights stay! The management of the hotel is excellent; helpful,attentive ,free pick up and drop off was arranged and we also enjoyed and had an awesome experience for the desert safari,organised by the hotel. The restaurant at the roof top serves tasty thali,we enjoyed every bit of it! Highly rwcommended if you are in Jaisalmer!

The hosts at Hotel Renuka were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. You can tell it's a family run hotel that cares about its guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant served excellent food. They helped us to arrange a camel safari which was also fantastic!

“Really good hotel in Jaisalmer”

The stay at Renuka Hotel was very nice. The hotel is located in a small street, near nice restaurants, the main market street and to the Haveli’s. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. And to finish the staff was amazing, good hearted people. Always keen for a chat and here to help in anyway they can. I recommend this place as it is a nice hotel to relax in and have a peaceful moment outside the city rage.

“Very friendly place”

Sunny and his family provide an excellent accommodation option - comfortable and friendly all at a fair price. The bed was really big and comfortable, it didn't at all feel like a basic room which is what we booked. They picked us up early in the morning following our train from Delhi, organised our camel safari (would highly recommend, Dennis was an amazing guide and I work in Outdoor Education / activities provider so can spot a blagged trip easily and this was exactly as described and what we expected). During our trip we were allowed to leave our other bag at the hotel, and upon our return we were more than happy to stay for another night. Overall we felt very relaxed during our stay here and would happily return in the future - maybe even for the 14 day camel safari 😁

We extended our stay here because we liked it so much. Lovely staff and very good value hotel. Make sure you visit the restaurant on the roof, the restaurant owner is lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They come to pick us up for free at the bus stop early in the morning! The hotel was clean, room spacious, bed comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant - outstanding and the food was to our liking. The chef is a very nice man making you want to come back. On top of that we booked a Carmel Safari with Renuka and it was great too. Good price, great experience. We highly recommend this place. 👍
