This place is just wonderful. It meets all your needs. Super clean and comfortable. The location ist perfect as you can see the fort from the rooftop restaurant but its not too crowded at all. You wont hear any noises. We could even book the Safari with them. It was well organised. The stuff were good hearted people and did their best to provide us with the best stay and experience there.

The desert safari organized by the hotel was an unforgettable experience, providing us with a thrilling adventure in the stunning desert landscape. We were able to ride camels, go dune bashing, and watch a mesmerizing sunset. The hospitality of the hotel and the incredible desert safari made our stay truly memorable, and we can't wait to visit again in the future.

“Great value, location and above all people”

Exceptional staff, all of whom were friendly, chatty and helpful which seems to be common amongst the people of this city. Room was excellent value, reasonable size, an actual sprung mattress with a doona, shower was hot, WiFi was good, food was good particularly the local dish ker sangri. Lots of tours, camel rides available but not tried. Location about 10 mins from everywhere, though more uphill towards the fort restaurants and snack food nearby

The hotel is located perfectly just outside the fort. You get a wonderful view from the rooftop terrace and everything is within walking distance. The room was nice and clean and the shower had hot water. What made my stay exceptionally good was the staff. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful from the first minute to the last. Especially Aziz went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was according to my wishes. I also booked a desert safari with them which was a great experience!

“Amazing Hotel!”

Brilliant location, superb hospitality and great value. Super clean and great rooms and one of the best hot showers I have had in India. We were allowed to leave our bags for an extra day, we were picked up late from the train station. I would recommend this to everyone. Brilliant place to stay!

“Super hôtel, very friendly and helpful staff.”

We found the hotel relax inn a clean and comfortable stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. The roof terrace is perfect, with an amazing view across the rooftops to the fort, a super spot for breakfast and evening meals, all of which cooked to order - special mention and thanks to Ali for all the cooking and masala teas. We also took advantage of one of the tours offered by the hotel, a trip round a few local points of interest in the afternoon then an evening camel ride to the dunes, where we had a meal cooked for us after sunset before heading back to the hotel (you can stay overnight in the desert if you wish, but we chose to return to the comfort of the hotel) - a good experience and very enjoyable.

“Go to Hotel Relax Inn when you visit Jaisalmer.”

What a good place! They collected us from the bus station. It's a new hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The beds are super. The manager of the hotel, Azis is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant on the rooftop with an amazing view of the fort is tasty. Alie the cook is magnificent! We made a Camel safari for 1 day and 1 night in the dessert with Ameen. Well organised and we had a lot of fun riding the camels. During the safari the food was freshly made and good. Bring enough warm clothes with you because during the night it can be cold. The safari is a lovely experience.

“Excellent and high recommended to other women”

We had the best experience in India by far. We are two young female travelers and we can say that it is a place we recommend to other women and solo travelers. First of all, we arrived really early morning and our host was waiting for us at the train station so we could arrive the hotel safely and without paying a lot of money to other drivers. The rooms were super clean, really comfortable bed and the view is amazing. They let us do an early check-in and offered us chai on the roof top so we could see the sunrise. They offered us a quick city tour and then a Safari through Jaisalmer's dunes. The price for this experience was super accesible. If we wanted we could stay the night at the desert and enjoy of a nice meal there but we did not had the time to do that. It was really a magical experience and we highly recommended to go with them in this activity. We hope to comeback anytime soon. Everyone was super nice and took care of us till the last second we stayed.

“Amazing staff, wonderful experience”

They are absolutely adorable!! Best hotel staff I’ve had traveling around India They picked us up from the train station at 1 am for no cost and had breakfast in the rooftop with view to the fort. We had a small issue with the shower the first night but when we told them, they fixed it straight away. They made our Jaislamer experience absolutely amazing

We arrived late at night and they came to pick us up, very nice service. The bed is really confortable and the room was beautiful! They have a rooftop cafe where to have breakfast lunch and dinner with Fort view. We did the one night safari tour with them and everything was perfect, they took care of us from beginning to end. Very warm and kind people, thank you!!
