We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Rajmandir. The location of the property was brilliant. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and very accommodating with different requests. Thanks Deepu and Iran! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to other travellers.

“Great place to stay at the Fort!”

Right next to the fort, with amazing sunrise views from the rooftop. Very cozy, and the staff were kind and attentive. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

Beautiful hotel inside the fort. Pretty views over the city and the sunset from our room and the terrace. It's nice having breakfast there. The staff was very helpful also. There was even a free guided tour through the city included with our stay.

The hotel team was great, Iran and Deepu were very helpful and very kind all the time. Well located hotel, excellent breakfast. The team assisted is to have a sand dunes visit at sunset time and dinner here. We enjoyed a lot. Overall an excellent stay !

Located in the middle of the fort. The little square was a good starting point. Dupee was very helpful. Always friendly. Roof terrace with sofas was very nicely decorated.

“Living in a fort”

I booked a room with a small balcony overlooking the city which I enjoyed. The location was fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and all the sites. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I ate at their rooftop restaurant and enjoyed the food

Locations n rooms are exceptionally good n best location on fort. Awesome views from both room and roof top. Its out of the world experience to have dinner on roof top. Best food served and the Staff is very good. Helped us a lot in everything we needed special thanks to Mr Iran for all special care and he helped us with all facilities to make our trip comfortable including food n shopping suggestions and everything. We family of 6 including 3 teenagers, 1 senior citizen all enjoyed every bit of it. It was very very memorable. Will comeback next time sure n recommend it for everyone as its once in a life time experience to stay inside the real living fort.

“A wonderful stay in the historical Jaisalmer fort”

We arrived very late by car and Deepu the manager met us where we were dropped off and he led us back to the hotel. The next day he arranged a great tour for us of the fort area of Jaisalmer as well as some of the old city, temples and palaces. Jaisalmer was a delight - one of the most beautiful and friendly cities in the whole of India. The room, on the outside of the fort ramparts, was just what we needed and it even had a little balcony from which we could see the city! Deepu and the staff were very courteous and friendly and the breakfasts and views from the terrace were some of the best we had experienced. On our last night Deepu suggested we dine in the restaurant and we were happy to accept. The dinner was one of the best we had tasted in India and he cooked it himself. Deepu and Lovely made us feel very special. We very highly recommend Jaisalmer, our hotel the Rajmandir, the staff, and especially Deepu and Lovely who run the hotel together.

“Staying in the fort is very nice with good hosts”

Within the fort . Car can’t go there need to take an auto. Walking distance to all the sight seeing places in the fort. Walking through the small narrow roads in the fort with many shopping places. Host Mr Deepu is very helpful from taking our luggage to the hotel to arranging our desert trip for one night.

On the top of the fort with an amazing city view. If you don’t travel very often to jaisalmer, you shd definitely spend a night here… and take a walk through the fort at night..
