Old style but new. Loved the character. Roof top restaurant next door and they were superb.

Hi, we arrived here as a group of 7 friends. The hosts helped us with everything. In addition to the fact that one of us was not feeling well, they helped him with everything to make him feel better. We booked a trip to the desert through them, including accommodation, and it was excellent. An excellent camel ride and watching the mesmerizing stars. It is worth mentioning and praising Avash, who helped with everything we needed. Thank you very much.

Potiya is such a friendly host! I arrived in Jaisalmer without any major plans, but Potiya and the entire hotel staff provided friendly service and clean bedding, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time exploring. Thanks to them, I loved Jaisalmer so much that I extended my original two-night stay to five nights. I also took a safari tour at Potiya and received excellent service. Potiya was incredibly helpful when I asked her about sightseeing and other things. She even helped me book a bus, provided free drop-off service, and even gave me a fruit gift. I was so touched! 🥺 Koreans, you should definitely stay here!! The Korean food at the rooftop restaurant is delicious, and the sunset view is truly spectacular. I highly recommend it! Drinking chai while watching the sunset is fantastic. I'm so excited to visit Jaisalmer again because of the great memories I had at Potiya Hotel. 😍😍

Neat and clean and well manage by barkat bhai who is on reception

The friendliest people! They were so helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable but the highlight was definitely the camel safari! The guides were so friendly; they shared stories about their lives and cooked the best food and there was only 4 of us from the hotel and our guides sleeping in the area we were. The restaurant at the hotel did a great breakfast and it was only a short walk to the centre of the town and the fort.

This place is magical. The rooms are charming and the staff is wonderful. Coming from Delhi, Agra, Jaipur it was amazing to stay here and experience the huge contrast. Just genuinely happy, friendly and accommodating owner and staff. No pressure, scams or tricks! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel denied the booking at the very last minute and left 6 of us stranded at 3 am in the night. When called and shown documents they were rude and straight away denied any existence of hotem reservations through booking.com. Avoid Always!

I love the rooftop restaurant. Interesting views, delicious food and shade from the roasting sun. The staff are lovely; very friendly and helpful. While my first room was nice after a few nights I paid a bit more and got a fantastic room. It is a short walk or tuktuk ride to the fort. I will be sorry to go.

The location is great, and they sell Korean food. It's also nice to just walk around. You can naturally see all the tourist attractions by walking around. Koreans, take your time and explore in groups. If you have nothing else to do, take the desert tour. Camel riding will hurt your butt and lower back, so bring a towel to sit on.
