The stay was good enough. We stay second time there. The host was very good and will assist you if in case you need to explore the area. The good thing is that you have to pay during check out. The breakfast is inclusive in price and has full nutritional value. He will offer poha/parantha, tea, some fruits like two bananas, some papaya curd, juice, achar and biscuits.

Run by a wonderful husband-wife duo, Pathik Niwas is a charming little homestay, tucked away in a peaceful corner right in the heart of Jaipur. The location was perfect — close to all the major sights but still calm and quiet. The house itself is beautifully done up, with thoughtful, aesthetic touches that reflect the hosts' great taste and attention to detail. Puneet guided us perfectly through the local shopping spots and must-see attractions, sharing insider tips with genuine enthusiasm. While Prachi made sure we had homely, delicious breakfast which helped us kickstart our day on a great note. Overall, it didn’t feel like just a stay — it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home.

Breakfast. oh those lovely home-made breakfasts... they even made us a pack for our early departure, but we forgot it on the very last moment :( Location. away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur, but close enough to reach everything easily. You will thank yourself. Cleanliness. Perfect. Facilities. The most awesome book shelf, the most serene yoga place, ... Staff. We only met Punit, who was great. Everything was so great, that if I had some excess time in India, I would have extended my stay here, just to sit on the tranquil common area, reading books and sipping tea.

I can only recommend staying at Pathik Niwas. We arrived very early in the morning but Puneet welcomed us with a warm heart. Our room was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the location was also great. The breakfast was incredible and Puneet gave some great tips for visiting Jaipur. We would definitely go back to the same place!

Nice quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed and all very clean Useful communal kitchen with filtered water. Fabulous breakfast. Most of all, Prachi is a wonderful host,helpful without being too intrusive.

Everything. Nice, clean place. It likes new. Good bathroom, peaceful garden and amazing breakfast. Comfortable big bed, super common kitchen.

“Excellent stay”

What a fantastic place. The owner and his Mum were so lovely. We even did a massive load of laundry at no charge. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was really comfortable, bedding clean and fresh and the room was clean. The room was a good size with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Breakfast was perfect. Scrambled or fried eggs, toast, butter, jam, coffee, biscuits and freshly squeezed orange juice.
