We had booked a suite ,it was very dated.. The fittings in the washroom were shaking..the phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't reach the reception. There was a marriage party present in the hotel.all around us the rooms were occupied by them..the entire nite till 5am they were dancing and chatting away loudly in the passage.. We couldn't reach the reception..when we complained to the manager in the mornin, he had to laugh which is highly unprofessional.

There was dirt in the shower from someone who had been there before. There are no windows in all rooms, very stuffy There is no coordination between what the hotel offers and reality. Very expensive price for very low value

Staff are not trained. The hotel is designed somehow that anyone talks in the lobby you hear it in your room!
