Hyatt Regency Jaipur, Mansarovar was a treat to say the least. It was our first time with them. We were pleasantly surprised with the positive disposition that the staff carries in general and Anjali - the guest relations officer, in specific. Anjali had reached out to us over a message introducing herself as the point of contact even before we arrived. It made us feel welcomed. The check in was amazing; laden with a few surprises too. Mom took ill in this hot weather and Anjali made herself available taking care of all her needs - including arranging for the Doctor, the food and she went over and beyond the call of her duty to arrange for a better room where mom could rest well and recuperate faster. Sometimes, thats all that it takes for one to believe that you're at the right place. We clicked a few photos with her as remembrance (attached here). The ambience, the food, the people - all worthy of you getting to have a taste of Rajasthani hospitality. We wish the hotel well for an amazing time ahead and Anjali to keep bettering her endeavours and keep shining. I travel the world and I’ve realised that a Hotel is worth its brand only because of the officers who represent it. Anjali and Janvi just elevated brand Hyatt @ Jaipur. Every single member of staff were warm, welcoming, attentive and caring, Anjali the customer relations manager made extra effort to communicate with me before my arrival and throughout my stay she ensured all my needs were met. Anjali and her team made my stay extra special as it was our wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel itself is aesthetically stunning! It felt like a real palace with the most stunning courtyard, and the surroundings. The room was spacious very comfortable and clean.
