Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower in the en suite bathroom. Washing machine available, with airers for drying clothes on the roof top terrace. Location just outside the city walls. Staff were extremely helpful especially as we had to change our dates a couple of times. The restaurant produces excellent, freshly cooked and tasty dishes for breakfast and lunch. As it was Christmas time we had buffet breakfasts on two mornings which were delicious.

Room size was adequate for family stay 4 person.Separate bathroom and Toilet was very convenient.

Room was ok, but still need to improve a lot, such a room amenities, water bottle need to provide, instead of RO water. Food facility was not available. Also room ambience need to improve.

I stayed at House of Backpackers for 3 nights and 4 days and had a great experience overall. The stay was comfortable and well-managed. A special shoutout to Sharanpal Singh, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and went out of his way to suggest some really good local eateries and nearby tourist spots to explore. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a relaxing space after a long day of sightseeing. The common room was a real highlight — filled with a variety of games and a great place to unwind and meet fellow travelers. The location is decent and fairly convenient for getting around. The staff was really polite and helped with every request. Would definitely recommend House of Backpackers to anyone looking for a friendly, budget-friendly place to stay!

The hotel was spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a desk perfect for remote work, along with fast and reliable internet. Service was quick and high-quality, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the 24-hour reception — ideal for early departures and added peace of mind. 100% recommended!

Very sad, entry passage was very narrow, guest house type place in 1st floor, and costly as a guest house. It's not hotel at all. Cheating and wrong add..

The staff was super kind and helpful :) the family room we booked was spacious to accommodate our family of 2 + 3 kids. Well recommended!
