I was disappointed, because I reserved a single room, and I ended up in a basement, with almost no light (just a basement window) and no air conditioning. I even asked to change room, but they didn't understand me/pretended the didn't.

The family that runs the hotel were very warm and friendly. They treat you as a guest should be treated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
