Svidelo mi se sto je sve bilo jako cisto, kao i sigurnost same zgrade, ali je apartman smesten u dele gde se plasis da prodjes sam... Kada sam porucivala sobu, pisalo je da ima veliki lezaj. Medjutim, dobili smo dva spojena kreveta koja nisu bila fiksirana jedan za drugi, a svaki je bio jako uzak, pa odmor nije bio zadovoljavajuci. Losa ventilacija u kupatilu i smrad kanalizacije da nisi mogao da provedes vise od dva minuta, a da ne pocnes da brines za svoje zdravlje zbog gasova iz kanalizacije... Jako mi je tesko sto sam morala da napisem ovakvz recenziju, ali nisam imala drugog izbora.

The location is great. Room has everything it needs. Stuff is very polite, helpful and good. Bed is very comfortable clean. TV is working great and most important is the jacuzzi that exceeded my expectations!

“Much potential but bad maintenance unfortunately”

We were welcomed by a nice lady who showed us around, was very nice and friendly. We arrived at half an hour past the check in time and the owner welcomed us without problems. Since we did not have enough local currency to pay, we were walking to an ATM and the owner had patience with us along the way. The bed sheets were clean. Nice spot lights in the room and bathroom. Great positioning and city view.

“Good Price”

For the price, it is definitely 9/10. Location is good as is the view from the 6th floor bedroom window. I was able to store my bicycle inside too which is a plus. There was a fridge and kettle too and the room was a decent standard. 'Lux' is more of a brand name. The standard is good for the price but I wouldn't consider it luxury in 2024. When it was first built then probably yes. The negatives are the 10:00am checkout which is absurdly early. 11:00am should be minimum. The room also smelt like cigarettes and the exchange rate wasn't correct. Aside from these points, though tempting to give 8/10 - 9/10 is nonetheless correct when accounting for the price paid

“Decent room for the cost, but not pet friendly and no wifi”

The location is near all important locations and easily approachable. There is a small refrigerator to use if you have any food or drinks to cool, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and bedding was clean. There is a tv in the room with cable and plenty of programs to watch. The lady who welcomed us to the place was very accommodating about the delay in arrival (we had arrived around 11pm due to travel delay and were worried we wouldn't be able to check in that late). She helped me to the apartment and showed me everything. They reply to messages promptly.
