The staff was excellent and very cordial. Everyone knew customer satisfaction from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. The manager could speak Sinhala , Tamil and English was a great help. To my surprise the one owner too was present and made us feel like home at all times. Must say that the reception staff went out of their way to satisfy us whenever we wanted assistance. Thank you to all the Subash hotel staff for making our stay and excellent one. Priyath Mahiepala.

Breakfast was very tasty if you can add some jaffna authentic food such as Dosai and vadei it will be an add taste for peoples whom are specily liked to taste south indian spicy tastes

Very nice hotel, about 10 minutes walk to the train station. Not far from Jaffna centre. Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast served 😋Staff are lovely. Restaurant in the hotel serving lovely Sri Lankan food. I had a nice stay here. There are restaurants nearby, including Burger King, as well as local foods.

The owner manager was very helpful but his staff are lacklustre and indifferent. The breakfast is served cold and not good. The TV worked well and it is a calm location with a courtyard.
