The staff is welcoming and attended to all our needs. Specially the room service staff and the receptionist/manager. The place is very quiet and has a nice pool area. The security guard is always on alert.

Have to order food 45 mins beforehand and if you want more there is none. Food I ordered did not arrive and I was given something I had not ordered. I was not told a substitute was being placed in front of me until I asked them why the food did not taste as it should.
