All the staff and Mr Haran in particular were very welcoming. They prepared a Sri Lankan breakfast for us which was a feast and we couldn't eat it all!

We had 3 great nights at Nallur Residence. Haran is a wonderful owner and host, supported by a lovely group of ladies who cooked fantastic breakfasts and evening meals. Our room was spacious with a comfy big bed. The location is ideal - near the huge Temple, Rio's ice cream parlour and a great vegetarian restaurant. A perfect stay for Jaffna.

I spent three nights at Nallur Residence and it was a great experience from the beginning to the end. The food was delicious and very authentic! Haran was very helpful, professional, welcoming and kind. He helped me to organise transportation to arrive in Jaffna, gave me food early in the morning for my day-trip to Delft, and had recommendations for visits, transportation and restaurants. On the day of my departure, he even accompanied me to the bus station to make sure I safely caught my night bus to Colombo.

Amazing place to stay in Jaffna. Incredible breakfasts, very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms/bathrooms. Haran is so helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Walking distance to Nallur temple and Rios ice cream. Easy to get around via Uber tuk tuk.

Rooms made up every day. Amazing breakfast. Excellent home cooking optional evening meals. Crab curry was the best meal we have had in Sri Lanka. Beach BBQ, swimming on private beach and tour of the fish farms. Wonderful staff

Amazing host, amazing food, very convenient location near the temple with a number of other food options nearby or only a short tuk tuk away. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and filling. The room was a good size.

It is excellently located near a wonderful temple . The owner made us so welcome and was so helpful and full of good advice , he helped us sort out great itineraries. The breakfast is great , fresh and tasty . We messaged and asked if we could have dinner the day we arrived . We had baked fish and prawns , it was delicious the best food we’ve eaten in Sri Lanka .

“Amazing value, food & service in the heart of Nallur.”
Amazing host, literally the best. He was very accommodating, and gave us great advice. The cleaners were also exceptional. The breakfast served is perfect & really sets you up for the day. The residence is beautiful. Very well cleaned & cared-for. The mosquito nets were very appreciated, as they seemed to be prevalent during our time in Jaffna. I personally think the location of this accommodation is a 10/10 if you are visiting Jaffna for tourism. The Nallur temple is just outside, but it is still peaceful in the house despite being near the attraction.

“Amazing!”
The best accommodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Haran was really helpful with all matters and organised an amazing boat trip for us to visit a local fishing spot as well as a barbecue at a secret beach! One of the best day's we had here! Also you can really feel at home in the residence with some amazing breakfast and coffee! As well as cozy rooms! Would recommend 10/10!
