The friendliness of the staff and seeing them positively Interact together. The location was great and it was easy to walk to the main attractions. The whole place was very clean and tidy.

Great location - close to the town centre. train station and tourist sites. It was great having a sitting room / seating area outside our room and we used it daily. The air conditioning was great and the bed comfortable and clean. The Jaffna Inn represents excellent value for money, has a lift which made getting luggage up and downstairs easy and the owner and manager were really helpful and kind.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. In terms of value for money, it’s outstanding. The experience was honestly better than many of the top rated hotels in town, both in comfort and service. Would definitely recommend and return!

Usually, it's really hard to find a good place to stay in Jaffna, Either it's cheap and has some shortcomings or it has to be a 5-star hotel. But Jaffna Inn is in a perfect location. You are in walking distance from everything you need. And it's relatively cheaper. The staff was friendly & helpful, It was clean & comfortable. It had everything I was looking for.
