It's super clean and comfortable, and they definitely had ot water--just let the water run for a while. The people running the hotel are very friendly and welcoming! I got there late and the lady made me some eggs and bread because I hadn't eaten all day. Then they even gave me breakfast in the morning! Highly recommended.

Value for money. All clean, huge room and comfortable bed, fan in a room. Nice little breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful, there is a garage the size of two cars and a few motorcycles. The only thing is there is no hot water but that doesn't even matter with the heat outside

“Super clean and great value!”
A great place to stay - very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the TV had netflix. The staff are really friendly too and we were able to use kitchen.

Excellent hotel, the room was beautiful, the bathroom very spacious, the owners super helpful. The location is a bit away from the center but it's very easy to get a tuk-tuk taxi anywhere in town. Recommended!

Really nice big room, comfortable bed, fridge and TV. It has an ensuite bathroom (with also means no privacy when doing a nr. 2). Unfortunately the warm water didn't work and it took ages for them to fix it. Located in a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood, but there is safe inside parking!

The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with organizing a ventilator and they helped us with organizing our trip to Chachapoyas. The rooms were super clean and we felt very safe.

there is window in the room that connected with the window of other guests, if you close it, there is no air, if it’s open, you can hear everything in the rooms around, the curtains doesn’t help with the light from the other rooms☹️
