The best in this hotel is location on the beach allowed to watch beautiful sun set comfortably seating in restaurant patio with live music performance. Room was equipped with AC, TV and mini fridge. Bathroom looks like was renewed recently.

Hotel Terraza del Pacifico is undergoing positive upgrades and the views from the restaurant and garden are amazing. We have enjoyed watching the pelicans surfing the ocean waves from our breakfast table! The food quality at the restaurant was very good. Pharmacy, well stocked supermarket, coffee shop, bakery and couple of restaurants are within walking distance - we loved restaurant ANIMAL.

“Beautiful setting for a comfortable hotel.”

We were able to watch an international surfing competition right at the hotel the first night. I really liked that we were able to walk on grass and still see the competition and the sunset without having to get sandy. It was also so nice to use the pool and still see the ocean.

The restaurant was cool and the food was awesome, the service was sometimes good and sometimes bad. The pool was small but clean and they had movies for kids projecting on a wall, which was very nice.

Worst hotel we have been in Costa Rica. Very bad management and not well maintained and very poor customer trust. Tiny pool which cannot use as not enough chairs for customers to use and very poor quality breakfast with smd of the food not available for some customers .

The room was very clean and comfortable, nice size with working fridge, TV and nice balcony. Bathroom was very nice too.

The room was spacious, close to the restaurant and pool, regularly cleaned with good aircon and TV. The staff were so accommodating

Fabulously located. Great sized rooms with 2 very comfortable double beds. Restaurant overlooking the sea. Swimming pool also. Great food in the restaurant. What more could one want!

The location is great. Also a nice view. At the restaurant they have good food and drinks. We love the late checkout at 1pm breakfast was also very good.

Our wonderful helper Alvaro! Staff were great. Always attentive but not invasive. Clean! Pool was cleaned every morning. Comfortable beds, lovely views from the restaurant. Bird life was wonderful! Can see 20 + species from the poolside without any effort. 2 for 1 beers all day!

Everything was nice but old and a little worn, but the price was nice. It is right on the beach and that was very nice. Next time I will spend a little more and get a nicer room at this location. Staff was ok.
