“Would not book this establishment again.”

We were allowed to checkin early. Checkin in was quick and easy. The manager spoke good English. Location was good, right on the beach, close to restaurants and a large grocery store. The landscaping was beautiful and there was an employee continually working on the grounds. The manager made arrangements for our shuttle service to return to the airport on our checkout day.

“Poorly managed and uncomfortable rooms”

The check-in process was a major issue. We were not allowed to park on-site before the check-in, forcing us to leave our car on the street in the sun. We then had to wait outside in the heat for the manager to arrive. Upon entering the room, it was stiflingly hot because the AC was only turned on at the moment we walked in. The room itself needs a major upgrade. Despite informing the staff, we had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned properly and had a persistent, unpleasant smell.

Location is fantastic, the beach is in your backyard. Our room was upgraded given it was our honeymoon, we were not expecting this and we were very grateful and excited about it. Room is equipped and furnished. Clean. Pool was clean and the area was always well kept. Staff were friendly. During our first stay we had beach, shower, face and hand towels. Parking was right in the hotel behind a big wooden gate. Make sure to follow Guardianes del oceano, they release baby turtles to their home and they announce this via their instagram. It was so special to see the baby turtles finding their way to the ocean.

It was a great place to stay for someone traveling alone. I appreciated the security guard there 24/7. The facilities were very great & updated. The pool was great. My apartment was large, clean, & well maintained. I loved staying here!

Very clean and well maintained place. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. The hotel manager and the all staff are very friendly and happy to help. Excellent value for the price.

“Quiet and peaceful”

It was so perfect. Location is quiet, right on the beach. The garden is peaceful. The apartment is all that we needed. Ac, hot shower, etc. The pool area is beautiful and quiet. We were lucky enough to have to pool to ourselves on many occasions for a few hours ! We could walk to town and get amazing food. There are so many restaurants a short walk away. Far from the busy town so its super relaxing. Honestly loved my stay !

There was no housekeeping for the entire 4 days that I was there. The bed was never made. I got no clean towels, etc.

“Pre-longed weekend in Jacò”

Beachfront. Beautiful garden, the perfect location to sit back and relax, read, enjoy a glass watching the sunset.... The hotel is located in the southern part of Jacó. Samller resorts and hostels, private houses, and open access to the beach - locals come on the weekend, park thier cars under the palms and enjoy the beautiful beach. This is definetly the nicest part of Jacó, and there is everything you need in walking distance: the banks, good local restaurants, surf shop etc.

“Nice surprise at Jaco with great value for money”

We booked last minute when passing through Jaco at the end of our holiday - we had low expectations given some of the reviews but we were very nicely surprised and really loved the place. Value for money is great - location is perfect (right on the beach, close to shops and restaurants but at quieter part of the town), our superior apartment was spacious and well equipped, there’s lovely garden and clean pool on the property. Note that all apartments face the pool/communal area so you’re a bit “out there” when sitting on terrace or entering your room. However, the whole apartment is sound proof and we were not disturbed by any noises from the communal area.
