The hotel's location was good at first glance, but once you enter, the smell of marijuana in the lobby is awful. The front desk staff seemed more concerned with their phone calls than with the guests. Something strange I noticed was that when I checked in, the guy gave me the room number so I could check it out and, if I decided to stay, come down to pay. When I went up to that floor, the room stank. I rented a non-smoking room, and it reeked of marijuana. The bathroom was unhygienic and filthy; the toilet, the bathtub, everything was dirty. I was with my family, including my son, and obviously, I wasn't going to stay in that dump. I canceled and found another hotel. My experience was terrible.

Where to start… we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Firstly, the gut wrenching smell of both the corridors and rooms were disgusting. We soon came to learn it was the stench of dogs. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, resulting in having to wear shoes at all times. No belongings were placed on surfaces due to the uncleanliness. We had little to no sleep - due to to resident who live there shouting and banging. If you can sleep with dogs barking all the way through the night, be my guest! The pillows were like sleeping on A4 paper (shocking) AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We nearly slept in the car it was that bad.

I didn't eat the breakfast, mostly because I usually don't eat breakfast and if I do it's around 10 or 11am so that's the only reason. I think your staff is AWESOME! They are so friendly and definitely helped me out and I felt like they really wanted to help me not because they had to but because they care. I had reservations for this past Thursday August 3 for 1 night and I think it was supposed to be no refund well that day my father had a heart attack and so of course I wasn't gonna make my reservation so I called and spoke to Chris who gladly moved my reservation up a day and kept the same rate. So then I was supposed to call back because for some reason the money got taken out before I was supposed to check in so he said to call back and see if somehow I could use that for the next day. So I called back and spoke to Jordan and she was also very friendly and very helpful she made it to where the amount that was taken out was credited for the next day so when I came in to check in it was already paid for. Anyway there were 2 girls at the front desk very friendly and also very helpful. I didn't have to wait but maybe 3 to 5 minutes. I will definitely be back it was my first time here and I am very impressed. Thanks for being so nice and helpful. It goes a long way.

“If I was the general manager at this location I would focus on cleanliness and respect”

This property is very nasty and the general manager has a horrible attitude she is very unprofessional and disorganized. Upon my arrival she was very nasty to me for no reason.
