The Family rooms have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed with a separate pull out bed below, so it's like 2 single beds, which was great for my youngest son and daughter. Room was spacious and clean as well as bathroom/basin area. Nice having a little kitchenette and lounge area too.

“I want be coming back.”
First, I booked my reservation throw Priceline, which was transferred to their sister company book.com. I booked 2 rooms @ a price of $119.00 per room before taxes. The day before I was scheduled to arrive I attempted to do a pre check in through Springhill website. The website was unable to verify my reservation. I called Springhill Jacksonville and was told there was only one room showing. At this point I had to book another room at a higher fee, $149.00. At the time of my arrival I had a pending charge on my checking account for $190.00. The customer service representative at the front desk show no concern about my issue. She was rude and told me Springhill did not submit that charge and it was nothing she could do and the manager had left for the day. The following morning when I checked out I had three additional charges pending on my checking account. The charges were two for $135.06, one for $169.12, and the )190.00. I inquired about all of the charges. Again, very little concern was given about my issues( and this was a different CSR. She stated the only charges that would be released was the ones she gave me receipt for. To my surprise, on July 13 and 14 all charged posted paid ( except for the $190.00). I called everyday and finally spoke to a manager who told me , very rudely she only showed two charges and take it up with my bank. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING and I will never book at this location again. And I will being telling anyone I know that is in needs of a place to stay in Jacksonville to avoid this location at all cost.
