The room and beds made our stay ok

Only stayed one night and away early in the morning but nice hotel. It's currently undergoing renovations but this didnt affect us Comfy bed, pillows. Room has a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Great shower.

Close to the stadium Fridge Wardrobe Big room Parking in front of the hotel (even though it costs, but you know that before)

The staff were very friendly. I really appreciated the cleanliness, and the bathroom was spotless. The only downsides were the lack of a hairdryer and the iron, which didn't work.

Heat didn't work. Maintenance didn't come that night. Next day I had to change rooms. The 2nd room felt like a downgrade from the first.

“Great hotel in excellent location for riverwalk”

Excellent location, the Riverwalk is just around the corner. Though we didn’t find shops in the neighborhood but didn’t have much time to look for them. Excellent view. Very clean and comfortable beds.

“It was just a quick overnight stay as we were not happy with the location for what we wanted to do.”

The rooms look like they have been recently renovated and were lovely and clean and very comfortable and very quiet. The restaurant had Amazing food and drinks. We had dinner and breakfast there. Top marks for the food. The young man Codey that was the valet was exceptional and such a joy to chat to.

Nothing, the area is run down & it just didn't feel safe to walk around.

The price of the hotel was acceptable to me. Cleanliness of the room and great bed. The water in the shower was hot.

Some of the staff on front desk were miserable- acting as if you'd asked a stupid question when it was a question that anyone who didn't know the city well might ask. The room allocated was on the second floor and on the edge around the atrium & reception area - it was excessively noisy at night. It was a good job I had ear plugs otherwise I wouldn't have got any sleep. Expected better for the cost of the room.

Our room was excellent, clean and well equipped. The bathroom had a lovely shower. The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast was good value for money and was excellently staffed. Similarly, the bar staff were excellent as was the bar food.
