“Wonderful staff and location. Free Mayo shuttle and breakfast. Who could ask for anything more.”
The staff!!! They are like family. I'm a patient at Mayo Clinic and I love the welcoming environment. The shuttle to and from Mayo is convenient and a big plus. The rooms have kitchenettes so I have a choice to make my own meals or eat at the restaurant.

“Comfortable, Convenient and Clean”
I love the kitchenettes because I enjoy cooking my meals, so I don't usually have the breakfast but it looks great. The staff is particularly helpful and positive. The close location to Mayo Clinic is key for me. The free hourly shuttle is perfect and it's even close enough to walk, .8 miles.

“Overall a decent stay, clean, nice surroundings, but Inform guess about housekeeping”
No room service on the 2nd night stay??? Sign (door sign for no service) was taken down from the first night. Hose keeping cleary had come into the room because there were fresh towels and new soap, BUT THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS DONE! This was entirely unexpected. Wanted a clean room to come back on the second day and that did not happen.

“There are other hotels that offer better service”
Breakfast is avg. Very difficult to get your room cleaned. Stayed 1 week had to go through a huge ordeal just to have my room cleaned, trash taken out, new towels etc. Not worth the aggravation.
