Front desk staff upon checking in Friday evening May 31 and Saturday morning June 1st. Maintenance staff to fix not working TV and microwave on Saturday morning - arrived at room even before I did so before I had a chance to walk from the front desk back to my room..

“Processing reservation needs improvement”
Cannot answer - my reservation was not completed. The front desk could not process my reservation thru my amex and chase visa cards. I had to call Amex Global Travel to reserve room at a local Holiday Inn and contact Uber to take me there from the hotel. In retrospect, it may have been a blessing as I was able to read recent reviews of the hotel facility.
