Valet Parking upon arrival was terrible. Waited in line for over 30 minutes out on the street then once we turned into the property it took another 20 minutes before the car was taken.

Check-in was easy and I was greeted immediately by a friendly, professional person. The room was nice but it was very noisy and I could hear a lot from other rooms. Some soundproofing would be great for the rooms. Also, the restaurant was seriously understaffed and could have benefitted from additional workers. It would also have been nice if coffee was available on Sunday mornings (not necessarily free) but we had to leave the premises to find coffee.
