There were cockroaches in the room. In response to our complaint, they gave us a new room. There were no cockroaches there, but the lock didn’t work.

Room had a bad order. Room had dirty towels with brown spots on them. The elevator is old and nasty. Tub had stains in it and did not use it. Didn't sleep much cause the room felt old and disgusting. The pictures are far from what you get.

“This place is falling apart”
This place should be closed. I don’t understand how booking can have this facility as an option… the place is falling apart.. dirty, nothing was working, we had to go several times to activate the keys, heater wasn’t working, 2 towels for a 4 persons room.. the odor was impossible.. I called booking to cancel and they answer was to give them 24hours.. we were staying for 1 night in our way home.
