I ordered a room that was for a handicap shower room. That's supposed to have a microwave and everything in it. I got a room that did not have a handicap shower, And the phone to get in touch with the downstairs was not plugged in and was not working. And the TV was not working either. did not have the needs that I asked for, we then had to go, And ask the person downstairs. What was wrong with the room? And why didn't it have what we ordered? And they said that they didn't have rooms with microwaves in it . They said that we would have to speak to the manager the next day, we spoke to the manager, and they informed us that we would have to trade rooms. When we got in the room, With A walk in shower. A microwave and a TV that worked. And they didn't have to come in and replace it like they did in the other room, so we did not get the room we ordered until the nect night, and no Accommodations as we requested Until the next night.. Not a bad hotel, but would have been better if it had not been for the line about the room and the service.

“Very upset that we booked for a specific reason and we did not get what we were promised.”
I really didn’t like the fact that the main reason I booked this room was because it said it had a smart tv but when we arrived we quickly noticed it was not a smart tv with no streaming. As a family the kids and I watch a lot of Netflix Hulu and hbo and we were unable to login and watch due to the tv not being a smart tv AS ADVERTISED AND PROMISED. I immediately went to lobby and spoke to the man that checked us in and he basically told us there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager and explained that that was the main reason we booked at this hotel and he said there was no manager in. Also, upon entering the room we noticed the floors were EXTREMELY dirty with dirt food and dust. It was not swept prior to arrival.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There was an internet issue in our room. When we complained they gave us the opportunity to check other rooms and choose from the vacants ones. Overall the hotel is clean, beautiful and the break fast was good also. The kids loves the waffles. I will definitely come back when I get the chance.
