Great location, near shopping centre place, food and right next to bus stop to take you to airport and downtown jacksonville. Staff were nice and friendly

The staff was super friendly however, the hotel smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk in. As soon as we open the doors to our room to roaches, ran out. The manager inspected the room & refunded us.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the pillows. The room looked like it was recently renovated with new floors and new furniture. Bryan the staff member who checked me in was extremely professional and did an amazing job. Bryan assisted me in bringing in my luggage as well and called for Bobbie to bring a luggage carrier. Bobbie was also very friendl and even remembered my name when I saw him during breakfast the next morning, The breakfast attendant was also very helpful in assisting in making the waffles.

Andrew was very helpful when I called for shuttle. shuttle arrive superfast for me - my partner was less lucky and had to wait over 30 minutes when he arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay there. the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff very helpful especially one young lady on my first stay, that that was on 9/9/22 morning g shift. I am sorry I didn't get her name, she was the most helpful.i had a good stay from Sept 8th to 10th,, 22 that make me rebook o 19th.
