We arrived around midnight. The doors were locked. We called the hotel twice, but no one answered. We had to walk around the hotel to finally find the night man. He was rude with us. First, he couldn't find our reservation even though the paper with our name was just in front of him. He asked us for a deposit even though we had already checked in online and paid the deposit. We explained it to him, but he yelled at us, saying we had to leave a deposit. Once in the room, we found the sink with cloudy water and a used towel. The receptionist the next day was nice and refunded our deposit immediately.

Drug deals, crack heads and hookers all doing their business in the back side of the hotel where the pool is..that is closed. Not hiding their activities. Requested our money back but they would only move us to the front side of the hotel. The staff are aware of what is going on. Definitely should have received some sort of a refund!
