“Great location friendly staff!”
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were granted a late check out and were able to use the pool until we needed to catch our flight. The location / ocean front room was fantastic. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The scenery was great with easy access to the beach.

more carts are needed for moving. Only had six carts for the entire hotel. If the carts were higher and unable to go inside a room. The water in the faucets had a very distinct order of bleach

After leaving Panama because of our skin color 5 hours later we end up here....The location was perfect right on the beach; farther away from all the bars ,but close enough to not get a DUI. The staff was excellent .They made us feel welcomed and belonged. The Jacksonville beach area is a nice area and experience.No dixie flags in site.

Location on the beach! Amazing restaurants around the Hotel and perfect to stay with family/friends. The breakfast is very good and the staffs are friendly.
