“AWEFUL”
The place was run down and falling apart. The first room that was assigned had the floor in the bathroom with severe water damage and holes in the flooring. The second was not much better. Missing flooring in the room, run down and just sad. The area was somewhat sketchy. Run , don't walk away from this property......RUN

I liked the lady at the front desk she was always very nice and very helpful and they had a waffle maker. The beds were very very comfortable. They had desk you could use in them.

“what a joke that place was !!!”
we actually didn’t stay due to after paying for room the man asked me to sign a paper stating that it wa s a non-smoking room and i’d be charged $250 if smoked inside but we reserved a smoking room , none available for smoking and he was rude !! i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone what so ever our trip was ruined because we had to return home . Never been so disappointed

“Oldie but still sort of a goodie if you are on a budget. Neighborhood is blackish. Not afraid.”
Breakfast was terrible. Eggs were over peppered and lots of grease or oil in them. Sausage was tube type summer sausauge pan fried in oil- yuck. Waffle was dandy but pump on gallon of syrup was not correct and had to be careful about pumping. Milk and other liquids were in large containers like gallon jugs. Cereal was there but I was afraid of the milk. I made a waffle and put syrup on it but since I am diabetic I only ate 4-5 bites- Terrible food and lots of carbs.

Location difficult to maneuver as the massive construction in the area. Breakfast was your typical free breakfast menu.

“I would recommend them”
I didn't try the breakfast. Overall stay was great. Great wifi service. TV worked and fridge worked and the ac blew cold. Staff was friendly and helpful.
