Some staff members were rude. Dinner is very mediocre, not worth the money and sone staff were rude. Facilities were old and dated, this place feels like it should have been renovated 10 years ago, of you liked the 70s this hotel is for you. In general its way to expensive for what you get.

The property was well located for the activities we wanted to do in Kakadu. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Soft bed and helpful and respectful maintenance staff who replaced a broken tv that had been clearly damaged prior to our arrival.

Lovely room around beautiful water gardens. Comfortable bed. Food in restaurant was amazing using local ingredients.

The kids loved the welcome gifts and the crocodile shape of the hotel. The pool was excellent after a long hot day walking. The location is great, access to Kakadu was perfect.

Perfect location to access all the local attractions. The restaurant was fantastic and the staff even better.

Breakfast was very good. Resturant was also very good for dinner except a few of the local foods on the menu were not available (Barramundi was excellent though)

The beds are comfortable and there are washer and dryer in the hotel. Supermarket is 5mins walk away (but it closes at 1pm on Saturday and whole day on Sunday). The crocodile plushies are cute.

Easy access to a few Kakadu sites. Restaurant staff and food were good. A few good options between buffet or menu. Suggest asking for bar menu as it’s cheaper food and has good options

The room we were allocated was on the ground floor and faced the pool, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. It wasn’t busy. Room had two double beds which were quite comfortable. The bathroom was dated but adequate we were given a room with a disabled shower (didn’t ask for it) but we’re happy to not have to step into a bathtub to shower. The room had a fridge and two coffee cups. Coffee maker didn’t work. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel both nights we stayed. The à la carte meals were better than the buffet food - in warming trays but just lukewarm. Staff were friendly and polite. There’s a large and extensive display of local Aboriginal artwork in the foyer. Some beautiful works on display.

We were very impressed when we checked in with the feel of the reception and exceptional receptionists and the area with all the paintings displayed. The dinner we had in your restaurant was above expectation and the staff who waited on us were very efficient and personable . Our room was very clean, however bathroom needs to be renewed. Rating is definitely a 10/10
