“Suite was perfect for us and our plans while over there.”
Communication from booking was brilliant! Fully equipped with most utensils you’d need. The details upon booking was expected with keyless entry and no staff on site. Place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children staying. The only thing I will say is you have to basically clean the property before leaving, washing dishes, putting them away, taking the bins out to the external containers ect.. we don’t know this and was given a leaflet by another guest which said charges for each task not done.

Property was good just should have read the info more as we had to make the beds and have to pay for towels but really nice place to stay. We only stayed a night so it was a lot for one night.

“Lovely.”
Contactless check in - were provided door entry codes to building and apartment via message. Communication was brilliant - I paid for dogs in advance. Close to Bruges and an easy drive in. Lots of parking available. The grounds were really quiet but we stayed over Christmas so caravan site nearby was closed. Apartment had everything we wanted and was good size. Warm as well which was a relief as didn't go above 0 degrees the whole time we were there. Met a lady on check out who was lovely and friendly. Didn't use the towels provided as we had our own but there would've been an extra charge. View of the lake was nice. Quiet.

“A brilliant short stay”
Clean and excellently compact. We didn’t have sufficient sheets when we arrived but someone delivered them almost immediately once I’d made them aware. The kids loved the bunk beds and the surrounding area looks lovely and safe for the summer.

The triple bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. I think it would be a good place to stay in the summer! It’s a really short (and beautiful) drive from Bruges if that’s where you want to visit.

“Pleasant for an overnight stay”
Ease of check-in due to digital check-in facility so doesn't really matter how late you arrive. Ricky the hotel manager was fantastic as he called up immediately after the reservation was made to explain the check-in process.

I emailed and called the hotel hotline to get a quiet room after a long 12 hours drive and was given a room close to the parking with all the noise you could imagine. Please have my room not in the ground floor so I can get a decent sleep prior the next day drive (10hours) and nothing was done. Ac in the rooms smelled terrible and couldn’t use it despite the cold weather. The cleanliness was below average. Sand was in the apartment everywhere, toilet dirty I read couple of stays feedback and somehow was aware of the lack of services and took the opportunity to Co tact them in advance however changed nothing. Stay élevé where pls avoid this place
