“Very disappointing experience”
Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small, uncomfortable, and not worth the price at all. Booking.com showed the charge as 4042, but they charged us 5000 instead without proper explanation. Customer service was terrible. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. They closed the main door at 9 o’clock, and when we ordered Uber Eats before that, they still locked the entrance before the delivery arrived, causing unnecessary trouble. The property management was poor, the service was disgusting, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not recommended.

Peaceful stay with the best host! If you don’t like crowded tourist places, this homestay is perfect for you! It’s quiet, comfortable, and feels like home. Nisham is the star here — super friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. The whole staff is lovely, but Nisham truly made my stay special. Don’t be shy to ask him for help or recommendations — he’ll always go the extra mile! If I ever come back to Colombo, I will 100% stay here again. Thank you, Nisham and team!

“Unprofessional Management”
We booked a deluxe room through Booking.com, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that the room we had reserved was given to someone else. The original price was LKR 5000 when I booked, but we were given a much smaller room and charged an additional LKR 500 as tax, bringing the total to LKR 5500. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place due to their unprofessionalism.
