Nice breakfast, beautiful sea near the place (not for swimming). Sudesh is a very good host. Very good staying after the long flight.

“A lovely villa sray”

A beautiful villa in a quiet location close to the airport but also close to the lagoon and the amazing wildlife there. Sudesh looked after all our needs and got up early to take us to the airport in his tuk tuk.

This accommodation was Perfect for me. i spent here my past night in Sri Lanka. Everything was very clean, host was super nice and he even adjust to our needs and woke up very early to make us breakfast before our departure (we had to leave before 5 becouse od early flight).

“Remote next to the lagoon”

Friendly staff and very remote area next to the lagoon. Room was spacious and with small balcony.

Break fast was good and property was a real value for money.

Felt so welcome and so comfortable with a nice, no very nice, host that on top of that drove us where and when we liked.

Awesome house with lovely hosts. Beautiful and stylish rooms with soft mattresses and complimentary tea. Lush breakfast in the morning. I was very satisfied with my stay here. Higly recommend for everybody! The best option around for its money.

Its A Very Good Continental Breakfast. And The Location Is Perfect. Quite And Calm.

The place was nowhere it was supposed to be! I thought it was within walking distance to the town, but it was some 6 miles away even beyond the Bopitiya town in a remote residential part close to the lagoon. The road on which the property is not yet named, but off Grama Niladhari lane. Finding the place was difficult because they have given a bogus road in the advert. Even the taxi driver who took me there from the airport complained and I had to pay him an extra amount. Apart from that that it is a lovely guest house.

I had a short but great stay Mohan is a very good guy he helped me to carry my bags and was available at all time. He organised my transportation to the airport very nice property in a very quiet environment I will be back there once I am back to Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this place

“Noiseless Sleep, Calm and Quiet stay”

Hi, First of all I would like to say I am so proud that I am the first person who is writing a review for this lovely place. Currently I am living in Swiss and for My wife and son (10 Years) I have booked this place. This is the first time they are staying in a hotel without me. so we all feel embarrassed. Thank God Through the Booking I've found this place, go through the images just called them. Then I realized this is the place for mines.
