“Great stay, especially for travellers with cars”
Extremely convenient for those travelling and on road trips. I like being able to use the free-parking then have a private room to myself. This place has everything you need! Staff were very friendly and helped confirm details for an early check out, I wanted to go see the cranes for sunrise!

“Clean and modern”
Easy self check in, and it still feels like there is some customer service since they provide free microwave dinners. The lodging are individual houses so you are not sharing walls with any guests. There is also a hut with washers and dryers (need to pay) although we didnt use.

“Immaculately cleaned, private, convinient, budget friendly.”
I am always satisfied with my stay at all R9 hotels. If there is an R9 available, I will always pick it over other low budget options. I have stayed in a few different R9 locations and the rooms are ALWAYS cleaned to a very high standard. Parking is always free. The rooms are always comforatble and private, and well equipped with a microwave, kettle, desk. The bathrooms are always cleaned to an immaculate standard. I actually booked this last minute because I was extremely disatissfied with the original accomodation I had booked when I arrived and was super relieved and greatful to find that there was an R9 near by with an available room. This R9 is also very close to a number of shops.

“A motel with a difference.”
Good value for money. Cosy room in a converted container. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Front desk staff very kind. Complimentary microwaveable meals that can be heated in the in-room microwave meant dinner or breakfast was covered. There was also a food shop next door. Very close to a crane-themed Shinto shrine with a very large bell - worth the look. Also a short drive to the Crane Museum, and the Crane Observatory (my reason for coming to Izumi.)

“Great place for 1-2 night stay”
Great place for those travelling around by car. Easy parking. All the facilities you could need including onsite laundry, microwave, snacks and close to 2 supermarkets. Staff very helpful. Clean and well maintained rooms. For the price ($85 aud equivalent) was extremely good value and we had a great sleep. Highly recommend.
