“It was a good experience staying in a “Japanese Style” room.”
Room is slightly bigger than all the normal rooms I had stayed in Japan. Rinku premium outlet is just across the road - shop, back to hotel to drop, shop again. Staffs are polite and helpful.

“Great for last day shopping before flying out next day”
Simple hotel which is walking distance to Rinku outlet. Great stay if you are flying the next day due to the proximity to the aiport and perfect for last day shopping at the outlet. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport

“It has inconvenient check-in and check-out times, a noisy and unstable air conditioner, poorly manag”
The hotel is very close to the Premium Outlet, but check-in is not until 3:00 p.m., which is one hour later than many other hotels, and check-out is required as early as 10:00 a.m. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and turns off and on automatically, with a loud sound each time it starts. Breakfast is said to be available until 9:30 a.m., but when we arrived at 9:10 a.m., there was almost no food left. In addition, the hotel’s vending machines sell beer for cash only and do not accept card payments.

“Perfect and satisfied”
Great. Nearby to Kansai International Airport (KIX), Osaka. The location is walkable just 700m from Rinku Town Station and opposite to Rinku Premium Outlet. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended and definitely will come and stay here again.

Checking out at 10:00 AM and my flight was at 7:00 PM is asked the staff and manager to push it at least one hour they didn’t accept that. I believe some situations like mine should be granted any exceptions.

Large room with lots of space/ nooks for luggage. Staff were super helpful with oversized luggage storage and organising taxis.
