“Great place to stay in and out of Kansai Airport”
It's only one station from the Kansai Airport and not having to lift suitcases even once to get to the hotel was great. Great view from the window. I accidentally left something in the closet but they kept it for me very nicely until my next flight.

“Never disappoints.”
Felt like we were coming home. Staff were friendly, rooms where clean. Breakfast was awesome and on the 54th floor, the views were amazing. Two minutes from the train station.

Really good breakfast with an incredible view. Lovely staff. Room aircon you can control yourself instead of central. Right near train station. Three Lawsons within 2 mins. 5 mins walk to Rinku Town - outlet shopping, food.

Easy to access from airport / clean and comfortable beds The room was very large and plenty of room for bags good toiletries offered. The buffet breakfast was really lovely and a good variety to choose from

The restaurant at the top of the hotel was amazing. Delicious Japanese food cooked at the table, lovely desserts, and an incredible view over Osaka Bay.
