Good size room, close to airport and outlet shops. We arrived about two hours before check in hoping to store our luggage until room was available but we were checked in straight away and able to go to our room without waiting. We were also able to check out an hour late without charge, and store our luggage until we were ready to go to airport.

“Brilliant choice for Kansai Airport”
Perfect location for Kansai Airport. We stayed here twice....both at the start and the end of our Japan adventure. Right next to the Rinku Town Station so an absolute breeze to get to/from the airport...which is 1 stop. Hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle but don't worry if you can't get on it because the train is SO easy. Large comfortable rooms with great views of either the airport or towards Osaka.

“Lovely”
The room is spacious and near to premium outlet to do last minute shopping. The convenience store is also downstairs and they provide free shuttle in the morning!

Only one station away from the KIX airport and can get there without lifting suitcases even once! The staff are friendly and polite. Good view from the room.
