Close to the Airport! The shuttle services they provide is the most helpful thing. Everything is great in the hotel especially for those to are making stop over before flying out of Osaka or those arriving. Easy access to the train station.

“Great for catching an early flight the next morning”
Connected to Rinku Town railway station on 2/F. Huge supermarket Trial within walking distance via pedestrian bridge. Great tempura place just outside Trial (last order 8pm). Spacious single room. Large suitcase left open still had enough space to walk. Coin laundry available on 3/F. Comfortable bed and pillow. Very clean. Hotel restaurant serves dinner until 9pm. Great option if you arrive late at night or need to catch an early flight the next morning.

Very disappointing experience. My credit cards, which worked perfectly in all other hotels during the trip, did not work at this hotel during payment/check-in. The staff did not seem to care and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. We were eventually sent to an ATM, where we had to withdraw cash with poor fees and exchange conditions, and no proper apology was offered. The shuttle bus also left earlier than scheduled, and the staff communication was rude and unprofessional. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and the service was unacceptable.

The room was perfect and clean. Breakfast spreads was delicious. Within the hotel there is a supermarket. Near to r caption, there is a weighing scale and a store room to store luggages. Location is convenient as it is near to Rinku Premium Outlets open till 8pm, there is a 24hrs supermarket known as Trial, about 200 meters from the hotel. Hotel parking is free. Hotel is located about 10mins to Kansai airport. Nearby there is a big Aeon Mall with supermarket and Japanese restaurants. Highly recommended
