Super friendly personal staff, excellent.

Felt like home, we could get a taste of traditional lifestyle as the hotel has an onsen and serves Japanese breakfast/dinner. Nice shuttle service from the train station and to the airport. The staff was super nice!

Beautiful quaint little hotel. Loved the Onsen and the Koi Fish. Restaurant looked great. Short walk or taxi to Outlet shopping. Loved the free shuttle to the outlets, stored luggage for the day, shop and fly out at night. Outlet shopping has a lot of shops at a beautiful seaside location.

Fantastic staff, exceptionally kind and friendly. Superb food.

Perfect experience for our last night in Japan. We had a good nights sleep after an evening with Japanese spa and delicious dinner. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

For an airport hotel it was amazing. Beautiful decor especially the bunches of fresh flowers, the Onsen was amazing and service was especially helpful. Loved the breakfast. Shuttle bus to airport was so easy.

Very friendly staff who were happy to attend to all of our requests. There are two public baths to use and they alternate in the mornin so you should have the chance to enjoy both. There is a shuttle to the airport which is very convenient and can save you taxi fees. The rooms were clean and tidy and beds were comfortable.

Convenient taxi ride to and from the airport. Wonderful staff. Always a delight to engage with and very helpful with all queries. The men/ women baths are relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. But absolutely worth paying for the private onsets . Wonderful experience in a hot bath looking into the garden and hopefully a full moon. Japanese Breakfast delicious. Thoroughly recommend a stay.

The onsen, the food especially breakfast, it’s got a good vibe, feels like a family run hotel, room was small but adequate. About a 15 minute walk from the train station but they do have a shuttle.

The onsen in particular is great!

Everything you need for a stop before or after a flight from Kansai. We have marked this place to come back as a destination alone. The price was good, the rooms were big, the private onsen and public onsen were AMAZING! Also did a private traditional dinner which was also an amazing price and great food!

Great hotel with various spa services and facilities. Even when not in the vicinity of public transport stations the bus/van service from hotel was great. With a small fee we got a van transfer from the hotel to Kansai airport. Everything that we requested from staff was handled politely and efficiently. Example small packet sending between hotels and luggage storage for a few hours after check out.

Fantastic kaiseki style breakfast in the new/modern dining area was very pleasantly surprising after a fairly basic late dinner in the front old cafeteria style area when we first arrived. Very friendly helpful staff at desk, and the transport shuttle to Hineno Station was good.

The room was really nice with tatami mats in one end of the room and western style beds in the other. Toilet and shower were separate which is also nice. Transfer from the nearby Hineno Station was very efficient and punctual; the van arrived just 10 minutes after we called the reception.
