Kanku Sun Plus Yutaka offers a free shuttle bus from Rinku-Town Train Station and Izumisano Train Station, less than a 10-minute ride away. A free (one-way, 30-minute) shuttle to Kansai Airport is also available. The hotel offers a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. Guest rooms offer both air conditioning and heating facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful too. I stayed here as I had an early morning flight from KIX airport. The hotel provided with free shuttle bus to the airport.

Vey helpful staff. Hotel style and decor are a charming holdover from the 1970's. Room is small but very comfortable and had everything it needed.

i like how convenient it is when it comes to their facilities, i can borrow a bicycle for free, the place is clean and comfortable, also they do have a free shuttle going to the airport, its worth the prize..

Stayed for 5 nights, liked everything. Good 3 star hotel. My room was clean and warm. Everything worked properly, there was no mold, the bed linen was fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and trash were removed every day. The staff is pleasant and polite. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport. You can also order a transfer from Izumisano or Iharanosato train stations. Delicious varied breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. There are also interesting places nearby.

Shuttle bus is on time. Breakfast is good. Nambo line is just ten minutes walk away.

“Affordable and practical, this is a great hotel to stay at when arriving in or leaving Japan.”
The buffet breakfast was minimalist and not quite worth the cost, in my opinion. It was more cost-effective to simply purchase something from a local supermarket. The room itself was functional and regularly cleaned. The bathroom was a wet room built as a single unit, which is common and functioned as expected.
