“Good cheap place to stay one night before a flight. Breakfast was free, and not very good to be honest.”
Inexpensive for a night before a flight out if Kansai Airport. Shuttle bus was very handy and appreciated.

“Convenient place to stay, close to airport with pickup n drop off airport service.”
Staff went out of their way to help when we had a luggage issue and needed to contact the airport. Bus pickup was easy, with clear instructions from the airport. Would stay again.

“Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport.”
Close to airport, free shuttle from airport, free breakfast, walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. Was perfect for our first nights stay as we arrived late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to store our luggage. It was walking distance to a nice playground.

The Complimentary Airport Shuttle was definitely a plus especially since I had an early flight to catch out of Osaka Kansai Airport. Reservation for the shuttle was made upon check-in – and as always – departure was on time. The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast from 6:30am to 9:00am – but I was not able to enjoy it since my free shuttle was at 5-ish in the morning. Another plus was the large sento (public bath) - perfect way to end my stay in Japan!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was picked up from KIK and then returned next morn to meet a bus..I was travelling with a bilke and they made the transtion so much easier for me. The breakfast was delicious, a huge range of nourishing well cooked Japanese food.

“Excellent customer service with great care”
The hotel shuttle bus service for both ways was superb as not many other hotels offer both ways. The drivers were very helpful, punctual and friendly. There are many similar minu buses coming into the waiting place but all drivers and people around you are usually willing to direct you. The front desk was attentive all the time and extremely helpful when I needed to borrow a phone charger and when I left my phone in the room (they did their best for me to have it back in time with utmost care! - Thank you!) Their customer service and communication is excellent. The hotel room was very clean and quiet and has all I needed. It has a shower but I liked the large shared bath as well. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel in future and highly recommend it if you are looking for a hassle free, comfortable stay with reasonable price.

Location from the airport is fantastic if youre arriving late or leaving early it's the perfect location and with a free shuttle it is perfect location
